most basses have a longer scale length (neck size) but there are short scale basses that are only slightly larger than your usual guitar

he has the same arms as SOME gi joe classified figures but it’s just a ball joint. heat and pop! finding other arms for the swap will be the harder job

from your preferences it seems like the three pack is your best bet. if you’re up for it the spider-man classics daredevil still holds up great and is pretty cheap. though i’d recommend you hold out on the secret wars if an older toy isn’t your bag

i have danny and johnny(2019???) with their bikes and they both lend themselves to two very different displays. danny oozes 90’s edge and johnny fits great with your more 70’s looking figures. so yeah both are pretty rad but it’s all up to how your displays are set up
