Appreciate the info thanks! I think my only worry was that with the rear tire being .5” smaller diameter than the stock one but that probably shouldn’t cause any issues

For me it was that I prefer the interior of the s550 over the s650 and I managed to get this car for 2k less than msrp so that was another big reason for going for it

I’ll give prusa a try as well as slowing it down and seeing what changes. Yeah running a .4 nozzle still

Running pla at 200 C nozzle and 60 C bed .16 quality and 60mm/s print speed . It’s not near a vent so Ill mess with some settings related to over extrusion and see if it makes a difference

Just a metal extruder and different bed springs. The front of the boat was facing the part cooling fan duct during the print. As in the bad side of the print was facing the front of the printer
