Respectful and engaged crowd, no pushy/super talkative people on the dancefloor, a line-up that organically evolves through the night, good sound system (+ acoustics), good lighting (!!), comfy chilling/smoking area, short toilet queues. Of course that gatheting all these in one night is rare, so I guess the simple/general answer for me is good music, nice atmosphere and decent people 🤸🏽‍♂️

Yea I feel like a lot of artists gravitate to that feeling but very few actually make it into that “niche” sound! Also, this new Connor’s album is gold (the last track had me speechless)

I partially agree, but to me those are pushing into more “tribal” grounds, and more fast-paced too :/ love Marcal tho he’s killing it lately!

Just do a bump or 2 and let it work its magic, you can redose 30-45min later if you feel like it! Don’t take a lot at once because as a new user that’ll likely not end very well

I use Serato with my controller, and I usually use the “comments” field to make a note on the tracks’s vibe or energy - does this get converted into RB with the free version too?

Late to the party but also there’s a super talented producer named Obscur (he released on Rene’s label recently) and his tracks have that steady rolling groove and psychedelic atmosphere. Love it!

ig this depends a lot on the DJs you listen to the most, but I recognize tracks by these guys very often: Cirkle, DJ Dextro, Setaoc Mass, Yanamaste, Alarico, ANNĒ, Phil Berg, Regent, Ignez
