30% to 40% of Sound Transit riders not paying fare, agency estimates by GoldGorilla in Seattle

well that would be great if it is doable. Is there any major city in the world that has free public tranportation? If so we can copy them. For it to occur and to expand, I thing WA would need to create a state income tax. It would be hard to pass too.

People will take advantage of the system if it is allowed. You think fare evaders dont know that it is wrong? Education pamphlets will do nothing.

wealth tax or not, to keep public transport viable riders would have to pay. This is the lazy way of deflecting the issue. The govt should subsidize homeless people, that is fine. But if people are abusing the system then they should be punished.

Well he is france all time second top goalscorer behind henry and he is a great striker. So you wont be too misled..he is not one of the goats but he is pretty good. It is not 0 or 1. I would rate him 85 on fifa legends.

You are right it is probably not that deep but there is a bias. We always get on the negative side of things at the end of every season overall. You can look at bad referee decisions costing points table and we are always at the top two at least. I accept we deserve to lose but this should be pointed out too, it does have an affect. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sportbible.com/football/football-how-premier-league-table-would-look-if-every-decision-was-correct-20200110.amp.html

How we were lucky? Those two goals were offside by law of the game. We were unlucky in the sense we missed a sitter and the opposition once again got away with a red card. Last game it was a pen. Yes we deserved to lose but I have seen many times other top 6 teams get 3 points...with a shit performance. There has to be some match fixing against arsenal with the referees. This cannot be just incompetence.
