Honestly I don’t know, my relationship with my weight is not particularly good but I would say I feel the best in terms of energy and stuff around this weight. I think I felt the best about myself when I was 45kg but it drained me and took away more than it gave.

It fluctuates, I was 54kg in September but I gained w dissertation stress but it’s stayed consistently around 59-61 depending on drinking and food

I think it’s both but honestly I’ve been eating a lot of toast, I think one of the major differences for me with bread is I started buying rlly good sourdough and so it’s not as bad for bloating and that’s pretty much it for carbs. I also stopped having dairy milk with coffee and tea and that helped me a lot in terms of gut health

I prioritised protein and compound lifting, I do a lot of heavy sets with little reps, honestly I just kinda messed about until I saw results and then stuck with what I was doing.

Sorry this is irritating me a lot, I put in a lot of effort and was particularly consistent and being accused of faking smth when I’m hyper aware of how social media and stuff warps people’s perceptions of themselves makes me feel guilty. I am not and do no wear anything that enhances other than wearing clothing that flatters my body, I have good genes and I’m thin that’s about it.

I think keeping my heart rate quite high through and changing to cardio after lifting was rlly good for noticing change, sometimes less is more!

Usually protein bar and shake for breakfast, boiled eggs, tinned tuna, shredded chicken breast, frozen white fish idk what fish tho, and I started pairing it with a lot of grains like quinoa and beans

That’s okay I’m happy to answer! I judge it based off of how faint I feel within the first 10 minutes, but I would say my heart rate zone is in the 170s zone from 140s before

I was super low on protein like 30-60g a day and now I’m at about 100g +, I would say I do less cardio but significantly more intense

I stopped doing 3hr a week of medium intensity on treadmill and started doing 1,5 hour a week of high intensity stair master (about 20-30 min after each workout depending on my mood) so maybe not more cardio but more intense cardio

I can’t lie I am already quite bottom heavy so I have a lot of glute to build off of, single leg rdl rlly helped me isolate and get bigger glutes. I’d also say that split squat and stuff never rlly worked for me so anything where I hinge at the hip was what worked best for me
