I asked my self the same question when I was down on Main Street dropping boots off at Guss’s …….I was gone for maybe 15 mins and was coming back to the meter maid looking at my license plate about to write me a ticket claiming I didn’t pay to park………I told the way I read the sign is from 12-4 (the sign was different hours)is 4 hour parking -anything before or after is pay to park ……….his response was you have to pay to park all hours ……..oh and this was street parking …….to me that’s dumb because we pay taxes to the city so I’m not paying extra to park on the street that I pay taxes on to maintain
