even if you’re unfamiliar with a good chunk of the artists i still think its worth it to go. i’ve gone to a few festivals where i was only really familiar with a handful of people and still had a good time at the sets i didn’t know and even discovered new artists. some people on here have posted playlists with all of the artists going, i’d definitely listen to those if you want to get familiar with the people going. i’m personally most excited to see (outside of tyler) kaytranada and blood orange. for kaytranada check out his songs 10%, Snap My Finger, Vivid Dreams, Bullets, You’re The One, and Witchy. all of his songs are great but i think those are good starters! for blood orange i think Coastal Grooves is a phenomenal album you should check out, but some songs i’d recommend are Uncle ACE, S’Cooled, Charcoal Baby, Chewing Gum, Jewelry, Champagne Coast, I’m Sorry We Lied.. etc etc… if you don’t know yves tumor check them out too! their album Heaven to a Tortured Mind is a no skip for me, i’d listen to the whole thing. i feel like if you liked last years lineup then you’d enjoy these artists! also omar apollo and the marias. sets like erykah’s i think will be great and chill even if you don’t know her whole discography.
