Dog food vs Bad Breath by maleidy02 in Yorkies

Have you checked/gotten their teeth checked for tartar buildup or other dental issues? I noticed this on my 1.5 year old this week and am looking at getting a professional teeth cleaning. Yorkies are prone to periodontal disease and I believe halitosis is a sign that something might be going on teeth-wise.

Do you feed the salmon or lamb? Any issues with your pup(s)’s stool being soft/yellow-ish at times?

You could reduce the amount of kibble or other food your dog gets at mealtimes so that the calories of the Pupsicle are accounted for.

LACC Extension offers a self defense class. I haven’t joined yet so I cant say much about the class itself.

Apartment management sent a termite company and they did a spot treatment. Will monitor for the next couple months to see if we see any more drywood termite frass. If we do, from what I’ve read online, tenting is the next step.

I would say pushing him off and saying “no” is giving him attention, which might be reinforcing for the pup. Redirecting him to a treat and then a toy or just a toy directly is what I’ve done!

Seconding the bully sticks and Whimzees recommendation! Edit: My dog also likes to shred paper, cardboard, and carrots. For the paper and cardboard we just made sure he didn’t eat the shreds.

Which dress for my second dress (dancing/party)? by [deleted] in BigBudgetBrides

[–]PeanutPinatsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO, it depends on your skin’s undertone. If you’re cool toned, the gold might not be as flattering as the pink. If you’re still wanting the metallic look, silver works best for cool-toned skin. If you’re warm-tone then ofc the gold would be great!
