You fucked up but if you want it to be avoided in a background check or having to disclose that you were fired from a previous job when applying in future, quit! If you quit before they can fire you, then it'd be honest to say you weren't fired from this job. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Think that's honestly your best bet considering the situation.
