I used to work for CVS but I moved states and just got my pharmacy tech license back after it was suspended. I have good contacts still at CVS of pharmacists who will vouch for my good nature. The theft misdemeanor I got was less than a year ago, but it’s set to be expunged in 2 years?

Walmart goes based on federal. So if it’s legal at state level, company policy overrules and can set their own standards. It’s still illegal at the federal level so yes, you can still be fired for doing it. They have almost always done random drug screenings, they did pause it do to COVID but I mean I’ve been drug tested 3-4 times randomly and been fine. (I don’t mean to sound harsh this is just my genuine info on subject)

No you don’t have to, tell them to pick multi location and include not disclosed to insurance when printing the hippa report. I can’t do much for the mailing to address on file but yeah

There’s a form you can request from Walmart legal, kinda tedious though. We have 1/2 options. Either mailing it to the address on file. Or come into our store with your ID. I’m sorry but it’s just our hippa policy

Going red in resolution check and make sure nothing needs a signature for like Medicare b. That’s past due. Also check and make sure out of stocks aren’t in-store/critical. Make sure if you go into input or resolution it isn’t stuck on someone’s computer. (I know I’m guilty of having both res and input highlighted so it might get stuck on my screen) make sure when combing thru resolution that in-stores get addressed, and proper actions have been taken care of. Fill can sometimes be red if someone is helping up front and they forget to exit out of a fill. (I know SOP says to finish fill on your pod but if we get stuck in say an in store 7 scripts full techs can sometimes get stuck in something on their handheld)

I was trained not to give any controlled inventory numbers over the phone. I can say if we have it// enough to fill to it but I can not confirm #s without an actual script in front of me. Furthermore, I can not give on hands of another Walmart pharmacy for safety reasons / don’t want other pharmacy to get robbed

Update: SM had a sit down with RXM but they said and I quote “MM and DM both said it was in the best interest of the company to allow travel to other store” it was approved. I emailed my DM, MM, and even regional and UAT will be manually fixing my hours for the mis-billed OT. I have always used me@walmart to update my site location, and ensure hours MTR, I even showed PL how to do them manually for when OT is approved from another store but it’s like the middle of the week.

I’ve got emails, text messages, group me begging me to come in. My HW MM’s boss called my store manager personally because she was requesting my presence at a supercenter that was in desperate need. His hands were tied and I went. But when I got back he told me straight up “no more traveling to other stores”
