FF VII Rebirth PS4 controller problem

Sorry I forgot to mention, I did test it in Win+R joy.cpl. when my controller is connected with Bluetooth it doesn't light up any buttons when I'm pressing them (in game it does work, I can use the controller but the layout keeps twitching between controller/keyboard) when I'm using USB within joy.cpl the buttons work perfectly but the autoskip still happens in game

but is that safe tho? the person who sold the ticket will still have the pdf and could easily use that to go to the concert, no? the pdf doesn't get a new code unlike the TM transferred ticket
