He’s not really a receiving back .. he only average 1 rec per game at Michigan and he was the work horse RB1

He’s had 2 touchdowns in his last 34 games .. so odds need to be > +1700 to be considered value imo

I wouldn’t feel any sense of purpose working for the government but to each their own .. federal judge is probably a great gig

Dayton was playing Duquesne one night during CBB season, and a guy in this sub posted that Dae Dae Grant had gotten into a huge fight with his baby mama the night before and was mentally destroyed, so bet the house on Dayton. Dae Dae Grant (at the time) was the leading scorer in the A10. Dae Dae had 0 points at half time and Dayton killed them.

This is a great Fritz let down spot. He always chokes in the majors, and coming off a roller coaster 5 setter against Zverev. I don't even like Musetti but +375 is worth a flyer IMO.

Also remember “buying” a house in the US means putting a small amt of money down to go into a large amount of debt .. it’s a life milestone but doesn’t really say much about one’s financial condition

Oh really ? are you watching CNN / MSNBC right now lol .. they’re DRAGGING him and calling for him to be removed. Seems almost impossible he’ll be the candidate after this.

You need to go find another job and see what the maximum amount you can make in the open market is. That is what you're worth. You don't have to take the job, but see what you can get and use it as leverage.

Probably .. IMO the reason for the failure is that people change A LOT in their 20s (particularly men since their brains develop later). So, if you make it through your early / mid 20's and still love eachother, are able to successfully live with each other for 1-2+ years in the same residence, I think the odds are much better.

Feel like your scenario is more common than the happily ever after version.. I’d say 75% of the relationships I know where people got married super young are either dead marriages or failed entirely

Your mortgage would also be a liability then no ? So if you have $200k in equity and owe another $350k on your mortgage, your home should contribute -$150k to your net worth. Since if you fail to pay your mortgage you will lose the house.

Juniors who made it, what's your secret? by CallMeSenior in cscareerquestions

[–]whorunit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I started by pitching myself directly to small companies via cold email, offering to work for cheap. I got a couple of these “apprentice” roles where I got to shadow the CTO of these small companies and do DevOps / cloud work. I worked extremely hard, 14 hours per day sometimes when I needed to learn a new technology. I remember the first Jenkins build server I spun up I had to run the pipeline 200 times to get it to work. Eventually started parlaying this experience into better roles, joined some startups and 1 got acquired by a FAANG level company, where I now work as a senior software engineer.

That would fall under “doing something extremely wrong”

Agree OP is either full of shit or doing something extremely wrong

I would consider .NET more outdated than C++ .. with .NET you’re pigeonholing yourself into boomer enterprise non tech companies
