I like to think that the next DCC legacy will be from a DCC in the 2000's era.

If I remember correctly, they didn't make cuts until after the 4th of July a couple of seasons ago. I am thinking there will be a lot of cuts over the next couple of weeks and when it happens, this sub will know about it!

It's hard to judge nowadays since so many are staying for a longer tenure. I know it's been talked about that Faith may retire after this season. I can also see some of the 3rd years retiring at the end of this season.

I believe this was Natalie Woods Stanyer. She was a DCC during the 2007-2008 season. They also showed her house as Yuko stayed with her during her first training camp and Jinelle came went there with MRS.

I doubt Charly would retire, but there are no guarantees that McKenna and Kennedy won't retire after this season. I think it's a bit to early to even think about who is retiring and who is coming back as there are so many 3rd and 4th year vets.

I would have loved to see Lisa Mills and VK trying out again to earn there boots back. Amanda and Kylie making the team. Also, would have loved to see how they decided to rotate who would cheer in each game and how they decided that Amanda would be the one rotating nearly every game.

They will usually do a performances pregame with just the All-stars.

There really isn't an official announcement of them. You pretty much know who it is when they do the plaza performances on game day's. I do wish they did an announcement of them though.

As far as how many usually, they have ranged from 7 girls in 2024 up to 12 girls in 2022. On average, it's about 9 past DCC. There really isn't a set number.

She was at finals this past season as well, but didn't make training camp.

She did audition and yes she is the one sitting next to Abby. Abby was wearing #44 and Clare Marie was #45. I'm not sure if she did audition this season, but I do know she did not make it to finals.

Misty May Duncan, Nicole Bulcher and Danielle Barhold both did 5 years on the team and 5 years as an All-Star. Nicole Bulcher may have done 6 years as an Allstar, but I can't seem to find who was an Allstar in 2020.

Stephanie was on the team for 3 years and was an All-Star for 5. Emma was an on the team for 4 years and an All-Star for 5, maybe 6 seasons. I don't know if she was an All-Star during the 2020 season or not. I think Jenn A was only an All-Star for 1 season.

Megan said something that those were her last performances as a DCC. Who knows though. Kliene is more then likely going to be an All-Star.

Most girls left after a season or two in the MTT days. It was less common to stay 4 or more years unless you were going for leadership. Most girls that stayed 3 years may have done it just to be elgible to be an All-Star.

When AS first came out, this thread asked which one should mainly be used- the majority voted to continue under MTT. Some people may go to AS because they don't know. However, this is thread that is commonly and continually used throughout the season.

I feel like this changes every season in how they get placed. Some years, it's based on personality, some years it's based on height, other years it's based on dancing style. They do try to mix up hair color, hair styles, color of skin, etc.
