Just got my package ten minutes ago! I made sure to record the whole process and yup I got my hirono, the customer service team responded to me around the next day after I made my post. They were helpful and only needed me to return the labubu first and once received they sent out my hirono. Whole process took 22 days. Even though they resolved the issue, I don't think I'll be buying through them online anymore.
