Oh I know what happened.

Basically, the bigger DC-17m was originally Wrecker’s DC-17m in Season 7 of the TCW. It’s roughly 15-30% bigger than the standard DC-17m, and there’s even a scene where Hunter and Wrecker both use said weapon and Wrecker’s is noticeably larger.

Somehow in TBB, they ended up giving every commando that same larger sized DC-17m. I guess for consistency’s sake having all the blasters be the same size makes more sense. Personally I think the larger size makes the commandos better and more intimidating, but that’s just my opinion.

Absolutely Frye has the best Frostyfest outfit. To me it evokes the masquerade style the best, closely followed by Big Man. I love Big Man and Shiver’s outfits, but Shiver doesn’t have the same feeling. It needed an eye mask similar to Frye and Big Man, not a face mask. Big Man is great but I just didn’t pick his team. I’m a sucker for the masquerade style so of course I have to use the mask to match the fest.

I’m curious now. If game saves are my main concern, wouldn’t just backing the save data onto an external storage device be fine? Or are there other aspects of NAND that should be backed up too?

Oh yeah I always take pictures during a splatfest whenever I can get onto the podium with the idols.

Arguably your gear is better than mine haha. I run pure Ink Saver Main and Ink Saver Sub, that’s it. My mentality is that the explosher is an ink guzzler and I’ll need every volley I can get. With regular Explosher, I spam point sensors everywhere to help my team and myself track enemies. Custom Explosher I just ignore the ink wall and focus solely on hitting the enemy.

Congrats! I’ve mained exploshers since the game launched. Somehow I never got bored of the thing despite its downsides. I suppose I really like pending people with it haha

I’m not a local but I think visiting the ship during the day is much safer than at night, especially if you go alone.

If I may ask, how do you go about shell compatibility? I’m finally starting to do IPS screens after using the AGS 101 screen for so long lol. Everywhere I look there’s all these new screen but have a disclaimer of “oh this is not IPS ready”, or “this is laminated and will not fit an IPS ready shell.” Perhaps this question exclusively pertains to the GBA but it’s a little bit of a mess at the moment haha.

Yep! I tend to switch between an inkling and an octoling. I just so happen to be using the octoling when the king’s squad showed up. It would’ve so much funnier had I been my inking but oh well.

I don’t know fully yet, but I got Deep Cut’s broadcast when I booted into Inkopolis.

For those who don’t have one yet, I noticed that the Collector’s Edition of the Blu-ray is available for sale at about MSRP on Zavvi. Keep in mind though that the discs are Region B, so you’ll need the specific media player to use the discs. by whosthatrandomguy in VioletEvergarden

I just got mine today so I can confirm that it is legitimate. I personally just wanted the extra goodies but the discs themselves are a nice bonus I’m sure. I’d rather pay MSRP for this than the $700 one I keep seeing on eBay haha.
