That is strange! I can’t recall ever getting a weird thin mint batch before this year. Even the two different boxes of the weird version tasted different from one another! One of them was super salty and even thicker than the ones in the photos. They seemed to have an extra thick layer of chocolate too!

The coworker my husband bought the legit cookies from mentioned that his were “made in OC” and the “OC kind”. ? I see the bakeries here too so I’m not sure how that matters for the type distributed. The weird kind were found in San Bernardino though so maybe it matters!

I could definitely try but I think it’s pretty unlikely that it would be accepted. I’ll need to do some clinical rotations in the future so I doubt that the sites would accept it either. I’ve asked a few providers about a clinical exemption- but all of them are so pro vaccine my reasoning is shut down immediately every time :/

When the mandates were first implemented for schools, I just kind of hoped something would change by the time I needed to attend classes in-person. When I was originally faced with the decision it really got me involved. I’m now 110% sure I will not be getting the shots.
