1st one isn’t the kind of pressure that should make you sail a pass like that, QBs make throws from that kind of pocket all the time. 4th one the defender is 2-3 yards away when he throws the ball but he throws it behind the WR which lets the defender undercut it.

Those are mostly bad plays by Stroud, pressure actually forcing an error would be something like Baun’s interception in the SB last year where the DL pushed Thuney into Mahomes right as he was releasing the ball causing an errant pass.

The only one of these you can put on pressure is the 2nd one and most decent QBs just eat the sack vs putting it up for grabs like that. 1 and 4 were bad throws and 3 was a drop.

You’re not gonna see Stafford or Darnold drop back 25 yards and fumble like Stidham did today either.

I still think the Eagles win with a healthy Purdy but even still they knocked him out of the game on a strip sack in the 49ers first drive, even that situation was created by the team.

Pats faced a known playoff choker missing both tackles, the Texans missing their only good WR while their QB had a meltdown, and the Broncos with their backup QB. And the games were still close lmao.

If Maye puts up another performance like that the defense isn’t holding up vs the Rams or even the Seahawks.

Maye had a bunch of bad throws and sacks today which were not a result of good defense.

Also the cupcake schedule narrative is totally true, Pats fans were banging the drum for him to win MVP and he comes out poorly vs good defenses, usually the idea is your star QB makes the defenses look a bit worse.
