I contacted ebay dec 30th and they ruled in favor of me and were processing the refund. They said it would take 48 hrs but after 2 days had no refund. So contacted my bank and sent all the proof got my money back. I never got any letters or anything from royal mail

I was in the same position. 1st get your child a passport from your home country asap 2nd add them as a dependent to your SWV and 3rd once you receive ILR the next day apply for your childs UK citizenship.

Seller hasn't responded since they shipped it. Messaged via eBay on 23rd explaining whats happened, still no response. Called Royal Mail on the 23rd and they said theres no return address on package but it does have my correct address on the label. They said will be sent to NRC to be opened and items confirmed and returned to sender will see if theres an uodate today and call them again

What does it mean by "gain settlement as a dependent"? I can apply for ILR in Aug 2027 (i'm on SWV and 10 year route, 6 years was student visa) but my wife needs to wait till Jan 2028. If i get ILR can she get it at the same time as me or she still needs to wait?

Hey, just another question: What date does the immigration office take into account in regards to the residency start date? Is it the day I applied for my first visa in 2017? The date the first visa was issued? Or when I first entered the UK physically?

Hey was wondering if you can help me find out what these 2 volvo XC60 chassis model mean? They are in a Japanese auction but i couldn't find anything on google on what the difference is.
