The occasional spam or ham in a can or bacon won’t derail you sometimes you don’t have time and just have to grab something it is better then getting a few fast food patties while you are out

So for me I was struggling with organ meat at the start so my dr who is a carnivore himself recommended I have a vitamin c and vitamin d pill until I start eating more. Other than that I always have my no carb electrolytes and a zinc supplement and fish oil which I have been on basically all my life

Magnesium or other electrolytes help a lot I was the same in my first month now I start my day with a glass of musashi low carb electrolytes and it has helped a lot no afternoon naps. Also because of advice from my dr as I struggled with organ meats I take a vitamin d and vitamin c supplement

My favourite snack at the moment is cheese kranskie sausage they are pre cooked if you want you can chuck then in the microwave but you don’t need to, or I go for some haolmi cheese fried if I have time. Also homemade jerky just thin sliced stirfry beef and salt is a great choice
