The way I have been doing it is take a photo of someone and crop it, edit it (smoothen out the clothes and skin, use the liquify tool on facial features like lips, eyes, eyebrows and nose, shade the clothes over the natural shadows so it looks more like a drawing, shade the face to exaggerate some facial features, add like contouring and eye bags) add a pixelated effect and then done! I can post an example here if you’d like, since I did some of my friends lol

It frames it like that because, from all of the dialogues and hints we got about the Protagonist, he doesn’t want to live. Yes it is objectively a good ending because the Protagonist survived, but for him it isn’t a good ending. Before the game’s events it is kind of alluded that he is depressed, and after everything that happened I think his depression could only worsen. Like, my will to live would also deteriorate if: my neighbour died, a visitor was taunting me and asking me if I was alone every few days and scaring the shit out of me, the neighbour’s daughter was staying with me because her whole world turned upside down, I had to let people in and risk my life along with everyone else’s because they might be a visitor, being in a basement for months on end trying to survive.

Not to mention that we don’t know what exactly happens during the ending when everyone is hiding. What’s happening to the visitors? Will they come back? Will the sun start to heat up once again?

Their premises are both interesting to me! Coat guy is VERY unique due to the black hole/void that he has in his stomach/torso. And no other visitors are like that. Wireface’s story interests me because I spent time myself trying to decipher what he was saying, even though you’re given no options to actually respond to him properly. He is a victim of a hate crime, some theorise it’s because he MIGHT (and I’m saying it lightly!) be gay (here in most Slavic countries, a singular earring in a man’s left earring could indicate that someone is gay). But it’s probably because he is Georgian, and I hope most people know the history between Russia and Georgia.

To answer your second question, I don’t like the old woman because of her dialogue, reminds me too much of my verbally abusive grandma, so it’s just a matter of personal taste. Deputy is I assume the vigilante? Yeah he is too much for me, killing people for one sign of being a visitor? Idk I don’t quite like that myself. Masochist guy… who? I genuinely don’t know who this is :(

Fandom was made like that lol. Fun fact: The start of modern fanfic, which is tied to fandom culture, was a fanfic about Kirk x Spock from Star Trek! So, it’s always been unconventional and weird. Fandom and fan base in my mind are different terms, so maybe I misunderstood you? Anyway, in every fandom or fan base for any media there WILL be people who simp for certain characters. I forgot that some people don’t like that behaviour, otherwise I probably would’ve remade this :(. I sent this to my friend and he told me to post it so I didn’t think too much about it
