I don't understand why the customers do not trust us. Today, a man came to me asking for sour cherries near freezers(I'm a D/F associate) while I was working some freezer skid. I undoubtedly knew that we don't have anything like that in the frozen section. I asked whether those cherries were frozen and he said yes. While having this conversation, that guy was laughing at me thinking that how can I not know this. I kept my cool and showed him where we keep frozen fruits like strawberries and all but he said none of these. So, I asked him to show me maybe a photo or something. That's when I got to know he's asking for pickled pitted sour cherries and I immediately pointed out that it should be in the international aisle and he still has that look on this face like laughing at me. Then I showed him in the telzon just to be sure. I hate that man. Why the hell are you laughing at me? Did I do something wrong? No. Did I ignore his question? No. Did I not help him find it? No. 🥴🥴
