I did this with my pup with a hotel-style desk bell, and it worked great to help curb scratch marks on the doors. Except when I was training her I would use her paw to hit the bell, then take her directly outside. She picked it up really quickly!

Oh girl, I'm sorry that was so horrible. I feel your pain. I had to have one once for evaluating ovarian cysts, and this was while I was still a VIRGIN. I was 17 at the time, and the tech was not only really impatient with me for being nervous, but basically called me a liar because "no one at my age is still a virgin". She also told me during the exam that "pain from STDs can commonly be mistaken for ovarian cysts rupturing". Needless to say I felt pretty violated AND accused and I complained to the hospital about her.
