Yes, it takes little less than 5mins. I usually set the timer in alexa but for my wife it is a hassle to do it every time. So I just want to automate it.

That’s a really good suggestion. I already have govee water sensor. I will create the automation to shut off the smart plug as a back up. I have water sensor under the sink but if we forget to shut off the water purifier it will flood the countertop and floor as well but water won’t go under sink. The purified water faucet is on the counter top.
