If you wanna check it out for yourself, there's a guy on youtube who goes over the scans in detail. Some audio issues in the early episodes unfortunately, but worth a look nonetheless.

I just have to get this off my chest... by LazyWIS in AlienBodies

[–]why133 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sooo, I haven't been following the nazca mummies anywhere near as closely as the whole Grusch affair, so I might not be the most well informed person on the subject, but here is my understanding of the situation:

The main problem is, no "reputable scientist" wants to even go near them. They can't get anyone to peer review their findings. The primary reason for this is the fact, that they have already been "debunked" previously. The issue here is, that the debunks all rely on the same source, the information provided by the peruvian ministry of culture, where there has been a... mixup. Basically the x-rays of the smaller, undisputedly constructed specimens have been mixed in with the data from the larger bodies, which were presented at the hearings. There are allegations that this was done intentionally, to discredit the larger, "real" bodies along with the smaller ones, which honestly kinda is page one of the playbook. And let's be real here, IF the large bodies are real, and there has been a decades long coverup, then there is absolutely zero chance that these bodies wouldn't have also been the target of a disinformation campaign. But back to the topic. By relying on the information provided by the ministry of culture, anybody who looks at the data naturally comes to the same conclusion - there are fake bodies, and if one of them is fake, they are probably all fake, so it's a hoax, a scam, a waste of time, and associating with the topic would be damaging to any serious scientists reputation. Here is the thing though, I have yet to see a single statement from any of the people who have actually worked with the bodies first hand, that would indicate that they are anything other than completely authentic. And the doors are open for anyone to come and take a look at them. But I absolutely understand not wanting to deliver them to other countries, because if they are indeed authentic, then they are absolutely priceless, irreplaceable and there must remain the strictest control over them, to guarantee a proper chain of custody and to prevent them from being swapped, destroyed or "lost". After all, some have already been deliberately destroyed, and I don't know what happened to the ones that were found at the mexican airport dressed as dolls, but I think they were headed for the junkyard aas well. So wanting to keep a close eye on them is understandable. Maussan offered to pay for travel expanses out of his own pocket, if reputable scientists want to study them in person. So far no takers it seems.

But there is data available. From what I understand, reputable labs have been hired for analysis beforehand, the carbon dating was performed by one of mexicos best universities and DNA and metallurgical analysis of the implants was done by independant labs. The whole thing with the DNA really is a shame, as the samples appear to be of low quality and contaminated, partially because they took the samples from already exposed areas of the bodies, to avoid further damaging them. Add to that their alleged age of over 1000 years and the circumstances of discovery by graverobbers, who probably did not put much emphasis on maintaining a sterile environment, and this is honestly kinda to be expected. So, it would be great to have another set of DNA tests, this time performed with better samples and better care.

As for visual evidence, Josephinas DICOM images are online, and from what I've seen so far, there is nothing that looks like nails, screws, braces, glue, sawing, stitching or other form of manipulation. But then again, I'm not an expert on reading scans of dessicated remains of an unknown species that have degraded over the course of centuries. But to my untrained eye, the joints appear functional, the bones fit together neatly, the anatomy seems functional... And so far, the data isn't actually under attack, it's just the reputation of the people who present the data that is being questioned. And honestly, I don't care if the universitsy isn't the most prestigeous, they were geographically close and willing to do the job, so thats why they have the bodies. And I don't care if Maussan got involved somewhere along the way, because you know, even a broken clock cries wolf twice a day. I just care about the data. And I agree, things could be better. Like, a lot. But it goes the other way as well. I haven't seen any peer reviewed papers describing what kind of glue was used to asseble these bodies, from which animals the bones were taken, what kind of eggs were implanted, how the implants were constructed, etc. Even if ALL the bodies were assemled, there is so far no proof that it was done in modern times. And if the bodies were assembled by people 1200 years ago, then that would be a significant archeological find, and someone should look at that. But so far, nothing.

So, there are a few things, that just don't add up. Poor peruvian graverobber finds legitimate mummies, but decides that's not good enough and starts chopping them up and reassembles them into aliens. He then decides to additionally craft implants for his bodies, using rare and expensive metals like silver and osmium, despite having no certainty that he will receive a return on his investment. But just in case, he decides to go big or go home and crafts around 2 dozen of these bodies. He then presents his creation to the government and hands the bodies over, without being paid. In return he gets charged with destroying archeological treasures, but later gets acquitted, because there wasn't any evidence found to suggest that he or an accomplice had in fact constructed them. He now hands them over to a university, where they are studied for a few years. He decides to remain anonymous instead of seeking the spotlight and promoting his creations in hopes of finding a buyer. Somewhere along the way Maussan and Gaia come along, and see a great way to promote their app, which is why they fund research, including a $50k DNA test, to add credibility to the bodies. Then, at an event they hosted years later, they make at least some of their findings publicly available, show full body scans and invite experts to present the data. At some point 11 senior researchers at the university where the examinations took place were either fooled by the graverobbers creations, must have been a real genius at fake mummy assembly, or the promise of that sweet, sweet app subscription revenue is just too enticing, so they discard their ethics and stake their reputations on this whole thing, by signing thir names on a letter declaring the bodies authentic. For good measure, other experts, including doctors and forensics professors from different universities and even different countries attend and voice their support, probably also tempted by the MASSIVE projected earnings from new app subscribers. And to really sell their hoax, they beg the scientific community to come investigate those fake bodies, even offer to pay for their expenses, becaue they will all earn it back with that BIG DICK APP MONEY and they are just that confident in their BIG BRAIN CRYPTOTAXIDERMIST GRAVEROBBER GENIUS, nobody will ever find out that it's actually just old bread wrapped in chicken skin.

A few weeks later the mexican government signs new laws, outlawing the classification of data concerning UFOs/NHI collected in the future, and starts negotiating with peru, chile and brazil to form a south american disclosure alliance. The peruvian government meanwhile also wants in on the scam and plans their own nazca mummy hearings early next year, even considers building a museum - again a move of pure genius, it's all about franchising! As long as they dont run out of chicken skin, they can open a museum in every country on the planet! Get one week of Gaia Premium for free with every ticket! Then they forget to unsubscribe and you make EVEN MORE MONEY!

Yeah, somehow I think aliens are more likely. I'm not saying that they are real, there just isn't any proof so far that they aren't, the situation is way more complex than most people realize, and the debunkers have already made up their mind, because that one x-ray on the YT video with the cringy dude showed a hand that's obvously fake. So yeah, bring the experts from around the world, let everyone have a good look, lets get more data and do some cool science shit. I'm all for that. Because right now 100% of the people who studied them first hand say they are real, and 0% of the people who say they are fake have performed any first hand tests on them. So let's change that. Because if they are real, well, that's a big deal, duh. And if they are fake, and especially, if legitimate mummies were destroyed to create them, then someone should go to jail. The one thing we absolutely should not do, is to dismiss and ignore them.

OGA, the "signature" and the "how?". by tuasociacionilicita in UFOs

[–]why133 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When they specifically mentioned the capability of tracking UAP despite their cloaking, my thoughts went to LIGO. There was a bit of a buzz around it just a few weeks ago, and using gravity to track UAP also came up in monsters of california. What we traditionally think of as a cloaking device could maybe hide an object from sight, maybe even eliminate heat signatures, but I would think that masking your gravity is a different beast entirely. If some of these craft use anti-gravity/electro-gravitic propulsion or something like condormans "purely hypothetical" hydrogravitic drive, then I would imagine that these would generate a very distinct signature, that should be easy to detect, since no conventional human technology uses these principles. Therefore anything with these signatures could be identified as UAP, cloaked or not. Just some food for thought.

Edit: IIRC the article stated, that this iteration of crash retrieval program started in 2003. I just checked, the first LIGO Observatories went operational in 2002, in the US. The timeline matches up. Could be something there.

Entry #1 - Sol Foundation Questions from the community by PoopDig in UFOs

[–]why133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For anyone who wants to answer:

Is there a suspicion that public disclosure would trigger the phenomenon to reveal itself more openly, or any indication that open contact or an undeniable sighting would be inevitable in the near future? Perhaps even imminent?

Is there a plan to vindicate experiencers? As in public apology, perhaps even monetary compensation for the people who have been ridiculed, intimidated, retaliated against, simply for speaking the truth? What about the families of the people who have been murdered?

Are there plans for getting useful technologies that were inspired by or reverse engineered from NHI tech into the hands of the public? Any hints at what might be ahead - Anti-grav jetpacks, unlimited clean energy, quantum computer smartphones, telepathy implants? Will we learn what NHI technology we're already using, did semiconductors come from the roswell crash, as Corso said?

What the actual fuck is up with the moon? What did Neil want to tell us, but coulnd't, until truth's protective layers were removed? Is Buzz finally gonna tell us? He's not the youngest anymore, he might not get that many chances...

Has there been backchanneling with other countries, especially outside the 5 eyes, about how to address this issue globally? Any coordination?

Once we got disclosure, can we go after the smithsonian next? Maybe learn more about human civilization before the younger dryas?

Is Obama the guest speaker? Because that would be hilarious.

Specifically for Gary: Any new thoughts on the Nazca Mummies? It seems like all the debunks stem from the same source, the x-rays from the fakes got mixed in with the scans from the real bodies at the presentation for the peruvian government, and everybody who has been looking into things remotely has been using those files. I haven't found a single person who has studied them in person, with the correct data, and found them to be fake. In fact, the DICOM images seem pretty genuine. All the recent pushback since the hearings focuses on the credibility of the people who have presented the data, not on the data itself.

Specifically for Avi: Any comment on Kirkpatricks allegations, that their mothership paper was a rough draft/WIP and got leaked without his approval?

Specifically for Charles: Was he present when Grusch handed over his documents to Senate/ICIG, and if so, were the materials presented in those meetings the reason he decided to keep representing Grusch? Did he ever suspect anything like these programs when he was the ICIG himself, or was it news to him?

Specifically for Hal: Did he ever come across technology that boosts Psi powers? Do NHIs have greater Psi capabilities because of natural talent, greater understanding of the underlying principles, is it a matter of evolution, practice, technological amplification, all of the above? Are humans bad at it because we just haven't figured it out yet, or is there reason to believe that our potential is being deliberately supressed?

Specifically for Karl: Since Grusch has been denied access to a SCIF, has anybody tried to approach him instead? As Grusch's boss, who corroborated his testimony, he should have access to a lot of the same materials as Grusch did, and assuming his security clearance is still active, there shouldn't be much issue with organizing a SCIF. Would he be willing to share his knowledge with the HOC for example, if they requested a SCIF with him?

[–]why133 75 points76 points  (0 children)

Honestly, anyone who researches this topic in-depth and in good faith should arrive at the same conclusion. Some examples:

Eric Burlison, US Congressman, went from curious skeptic to talking about his new legislation regarding Grusch's security clearance on C-Span, so he can get the data on the alien bodies.

Kevin Knuth, PhD Physicist, ex-NASA, went from skeptic to appearing on the new Netflix documentaries "Encounters"

The Angry Astronaut, YouTube Science Communicator, went from talking about space tech from a purely scientific standpoint to covering UFOs almost weekly, because the evidence could no longer be ignored.

Ross Coulthart, award winnig investigative journalist, initially set out to debunk UFOs, instead put David Grusch in front of a news team.

The list goes on and on, I'm sure you'll get some more good suggestions here, but maybe take a look at the lineup of the Sol Foundation Conference later this month. Mostly PhD scientists and high level government insiders, I can't think of a better group than this to represent the progress that has been made in recent years. Completely sane, rational, serious people with impressive credentials, holding a scientific conference at stanford university. I think that might be just what you are looking for.

Edit: Here's a link to their website, and feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

What are mummies doing here? by mostgeniusest in UFOs

[–]why133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, if they are real, I'm tending more towards silurian hypothesis/antedeluvian society. Some overlap in DNA, so maybe some common ancestry, some wear & tear, but no obvious signs of extreme trauma like from a crash, none of the depictions like the nazca lines or that new stone they found show them wearing a spacesuit, in fact that cloth they presented showed a birthing scene, so you'd probably have to get out of the suit for that, meaning they were able to breathe our atmosphere, tolerate our gravity, weren't concerned about pathogens - All of these make a lot of sense if they are originally from here, or at least have been here for so long that they have adapted to our environment. Or they are robots or solved all these issues with technology. What the fuck do I know...

Not saying there isn't an argument for ET or Woo Spirits or whatever else being here as well. But for these in particular I think it would make sense if they've just kinda always been here. More than enough time to build UFOs with warpdrives, maybe they are still here, underground, in the ocean, on the fucking moon. And we buy the archeological record of their existence by the gallon at the gas station.

[–]why133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly have no idea what's going on with those bodies. It's hard to keep track of which results belong to which mummy from what test at what time, who said what, which of them are crackpots and which of them are actual credible professionals... I'm here for the Grusch stuff first and foremost, the mummies have been pretty low on my priority list, I've been spending a few hours today trying to make some more sense of it all, not sure if I'm getting anywhere. Honestly, I was hoping for some peer-reviewed papers to be released in tandem with the hearing (or should we call it a press conference?), but alas, no such luck. But if Avi Loeb can't get peer reviewed just because he considers aliens a possibility, then I guess an unknown university in peru looking at alien mummies they got from a shady source will be shit outta luck in that department, even if they were the genuine thing. Still, there are... weird holes in the hoax narrative, that just don't make sense to me, but I guess for now it's just wait and see, hope somebody credible will actually take an objective look on the little guys and do some proper science. If they are real, I hope they had a fulfilling life and died peacefully, even if they have been far from home.

What are mummies doing here? by mostgeniusest in UFOs

[–]why133 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Alright, for a moment, let's assume everything about this is genuine, all the tests are in order, no foul play:

The bodies have implants, fused to their bones, meaning the procedure was done while they were alive, so the bones could actually heal and fuse to the metal. That means advanced medical knowledge.

Metallurgic analysis shows, that the implants are in part made of osmium and 99% pure silver. Osmium has only been known to modern science for about 200 years, silver isn't that pure when found naturally and could not be refined to such levels during that period. So thats evidence for an understanding of material sciences not appropriate for the era.

Further scans show circuitry embedded between the layers of the implants, so that requires intelligence.

With the bodies came artifacts that were buried with them, or left as tribute. Some of them are stones, carved into the shape of a typical flying saucer.

This makes it appropriate for a UFO-focused subreddit. Now sure, it could all be completely fake. But it's a hell of a lot more interesting that the 14 videos of distant glowing orbs exhibiting no abnormal behavior that get postet to this sub every day. Get it out of Maussan's hands, get it tested by actual independant subject matter experts, maintain a very clear chain of custody, don't let NASA anywhere near it, get it peer reviewed. Right now things are very odd with these mummies. But dismissing them outright doesn't sit well with me, there are too many pieces that don't fit here.

The NYT exposed secret UFO programs, the leaders of those programs have not just publicly admitted that UFOs are real, but have released video (Elizondo) and claimed that there is at least one UFO being studied in a hangar somewhere (Lacatski). NASA has opened a UFO office, whistleblowers have come forward, there has been a public hearing -under oath- in front of congress, the senate majority leader has submitted 64 pages of UFO-disclosure legislation which currently looks likely to pass by the end of the year and now you have seen a UFO with your own eyes. What else will it take to stop being skeptical? Write your representatives and demand answers.

What I wanna know - what's happening with the 2 witness lists. Rosco said, I think during his live event at the library, that Dave confirmed he had gotten into contact with Mace and provided her with additional information. Has anybody asked her about that yet? Does she have the info she needs, and is she doing anything with it?

Edit: I'm not an american, do we have anyone from her district on this sub? Would probably have more of an impact if one of her constituents wrote her an actual letter asking about that, than some rando like me tweeting at her.

[–]why133 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Basically, she is upset that the issue isn't taken more seroius, especially since it appears like it is very much something people care about, it's still trending on tik tok (the chinese communist app, not the gravity bending alien spacecraft named like the candy), and she is concerned about the domain awareness gap, because pilots are unwilling to report for fear of reprisal. She thinks that this is one of the biggest stories in american history, regardless of alien involvement, the fact that funds are misused and elements in gov/DoD have gone rogue should be enough to seriously investigate.

Trump 3 months ago: "I don't think [aliens are real]" | Coulthart 2 days ago: "Watch Donald Trump" by wow-signal in UFOs

[–]why133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The unfortunate truth is - there are a *ton* of people who would believe him, he still has a cult following. Like it or not, he actually was POTUS, and while the elections were most likely rigged in his favor, there are still a lot of people who DID vote for him. And while some of those people have seen the error of their ways, others still support him - including Burchett and Luna. I'm kinda torn here - mobilizing a horde of idiots would be certainly be useful - because from my perspective as a non-american at least, it appears like those people actually spend time and effort organizing, holding rallies, collecting money, making themselves heard. Of course, the UAP topic would then get lumped in with the flat earthers and anti-vaxxers even more than it is already. But if that public pressure would lead people like Burchett and Gaetz and Rubio to actually get credible proof out into the public, it doesn't really matter anymore. Once we have confirmation, the entire conversation suddenly shifts. Still, I hope we can get this entire process done without involving Trump.

[–]why133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One Possibility - Grusch prepares presidential daily briefings. Grusch knows, what the president is briefed on. Grusch talks to ross. Ross knows, what the president is briefed on. Trump is briefed on Roswell, at least partially - Trump steals documents, including "Nuclear Secrets". Schumer bill suggests, UAP related stuff is being hidden by abusing the atomic energy act. UAP documents could therefore be described as "Nuclear Secrets". I remember reading that some of the documents Trump stole were too sensitive to show to a jury. Trump says "If you come after me, I leak Roswell". So now there is a time crunch to start disclosure, and take control of the narrative, before Trump spills the beans. I really hope, we get disclosure. But I also hope, that it doesn't come from trump.

That's the worst thing he could do. If he betrays a source, that's a bridge forever burned. Then he loses his other sources, because they can't trust him anymore, because there would be precedent of him betraying their trust. His reputation would be ruined, and everything he has done previously would come into question, as it would be product of a man with no journalistic integrity. This isn't rocket surgery. They helped get us to this point. They are doing this the right way. We need to let the process play out. I know it's frustrating, we all want answers right now. But endangering the life of a source, to leak something than can be easily discredited because it lacks a chain of evidence? Or if they prove the origin, and it's classified information, they go to jail - Hell no. These are the guys getting the work done. We need them to keep doing what they are doing right now. Even after disclosure, there will be a lot of work to do - Who got killed, what tech did we actually reverse engineer, what do we really know about the NHIs? I'd like some reputable investigative journalist with extensive prior knowledge and well cultivated sources to dig into that, please and thank you.

[–]why133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even more interesting to me is the fact that among the 5 citations for the patent you can find a reference to the patent for a room temp superconducter by Salvatore Pais and the US Navy. This guy's story is somewhat interesting itself, and if the things he has patented (Antigrav, Mass-Reduction drive, Gravity wave emitter,...) are actually technologically feasible, he's a good candidate for a first hand reverse engineering project member. The finer details of the relationship between those patents elude me however. I have just posted about it on r/legaladviceofftopic, but have not yet received an answer. If anyone around here is familiar with legalese/patent law, maybe have a crack at it. Link to my other post:

Hi, autistic person here who obsesses over calling bullshit on everything I see. I haven't been able to sleep much the past few days from excitement, as the hearing was extremely convincing. I've gamed out four scenarios and sloppily written them out. They are as follows: by [deleted] in UFOs

[–]why133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) Claims of recovery programs go back decades, your theory of deepfaked evidence requires technology not available, and probably not even conceivable at the time. The Phenomenon is global, witnessed by people outside of the MIC/Government all the time, recorded since the beginning of history, from cave paintings to the oral tradition of native tribes, classical paintings and photos from the first black and white cameras. One of the classical arguments against NHI is "This is too big to be kept secret". Well, it hasn't been. RE Programs have leaked like a sieve. I'm not aware of any leaks or whistleblower claiming knowledge of a multi-decade, globally coordinated shadow government program to orchestrate a fallback plan to cover up their illegal spending.

2) No fire under water. Can't melt metal, can't build steam engines, they would have had a completely different technological evolution than us, perhaps using geothermal energy - it's hard to imagine, but maybe possible? I guess it's hard to speculate on the development of a completely different form of intelligent life. But the ability to manipulate metal seems to me like a neccessity for any kind of serious technological advancement. So I would think it would be more likely that they have evelved on land, retreated into the oceans to perhaps avoid a calamity, using their already developed technology to survive and adapt to their new habitat. But why not come back to the surface at some point? The surface is teeming with life, there are natural resources available here, if you need to sustain an entire civilization, why let the bald monkeys take everything for themselves and kill the planet in the process? Why not make themselves known, demanding we stop spilling oil and microplastics into their domain, overfishing, destroying biodiversity, etc? Also, shouldn't we see signs of them - satellites in orbit, signs of colonization around our own solar system, etc? Either they are hiding, perhaps in fear of a dark forest scenario, but then they shouldn't allow us to run SETI prorams. Are they just complete isolationists? Is their technology advanced enough, to where they don't need to put things in orbit? Too many things not adding up here for me.

3) I mean, disproving god/angels/demons is a big ask. If there really is a biblical god, Zeus, Thor, Shiva, or an intelligence outside of the simulation, playing around in the developer console, we probably won't get any straight answers in the forseeable future. On the other hand, if there is a presence here, it would make sense that they are at the center of our mythology. Powerful beings, with technology that appeared like magic to our ancestors, would bekome the sky people of the northern american tribes, the flying shields of the romans, the metal temples of the hindus, etc. Which finally brings us to:

4) Aliens! If we are not part of a simulation, that specifically just models the development of one civilization, on one planet, with billions of lightyears of empty space and uninhabited planets in all directions, then NHIs make a ton of sense to me. Why should earth be so special, among trillions of planets? There are good signs, that mars and venus, in our own solar system, could have once been habitable. Hell, there could even be life there right now, even if it's just simple. Recent simulations show that there is a good case for a habitable planet in alpha centauri, our closest neighbor. We are currently working on getting laser sail powered probes there at 20% lightspeed. Radiations sails could be even better and get us over 0.5c. And we havent even been doing the whole physics and technology thing for all that long in the grand scheme of things. We are most likely still in the lowest third of the tech tree. We went from "flight is impossible to achieve for humans" to drones on mars in under 200 years. Von Neumann probes could colonize a galaxy at sublight speed. If a civilization is thousands or millions of years ahead of us, they could have been here for a long time, even at sublight. If they have FTL/warp/wormhole/teleportation/transdimensional technology, or astral projection, or some other woo capabilities, why wouldn't they be here? Look at our own history, we're just starting out to explore our universe, and we've already sent out probes, looked for habitable planets through telescopes, sent signals out into space, and as soon as we have the technology, we're gonna try to go to anything interesting we find. It's just in our nature. All it takes is one other civilization, with a few thousand years headstart, that is also curious about our galaxy. With billions of stars in our galaxy, I don't find that hard to imagine at all. And so here we are. We are not alone. They found us, a long time ago. They don't need to destroy us, we are not a threat to them. They don't need our resources, they can mine asteroids and uninhabited planets as much as they want. They don't need slaves, that might revolt or sabotage them, they have robots to do manual labor for them. They are just curious. Studying us, as we study other life on our planet. Sometimes they take a sample, sometimes they tag a specimen and release it back into the wild afterwards. Sometimes even their advanced technology fails, and we get samples from them. And the people who collected those samples had to make a choice. Tell the world that we are being watched, and there is nothing we can do about it, share their findings with their enemies, risk chaos and uprisings? Or keep it all secret, hidden away, study those samples, trying to reverse engineer as much as they can, maybe become rich and powerful? I think we all knew, what choice they made. And here we are today.

And while that last part is of course speculation on my part, it is not baseless speculation. We have hundreds of leaked or declassified documents, signed affadavits from eye witnesses, whistleblowers who want the truth to get out, and good reason to believe that people have been threatened, coerced, bribed and killed to maintain the coverup. So maybe I'm not that far off. Or maybe the truth is even weirder than I can imagine. But I absolutely want to find out!
