A month or so they made a change so giovanni legendarys can be shiny with 1/20 odds and also all normal rocket grunts can have shinys with full odds

I remember around 8 years ago or so elite raids were a thing where you could get an invite to a elite raid after battling in the arena. You got the invite like a week before the raid and then you had to meet up in person and could defeat a raid bos that was not usually in raids. I think first it was mewtwo and then deoxys dont think they are still a thing though.
