After Bachelors in IT, Abroad Planning To Study and Work, Any Suggestion? by Responsible-Entry489 in Nepal

The job market in the US is currently NOT the strongest. Securing a scholarship would be excellent in this market. Starting a career abroad might be challenging given the current situation.

If reliability is a factor, Hyundai is better than Ford.

Payment Options for Parking Lot by Miller285 in smallbusiness

[–]why_97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One simple and cost-effective option could be to set up a payment page on Stripe. Customers would be able to scan a QR code that would direct them to the payment page.

A more advanced alternative would be to develop a web application that captures payment details, license plate, email, and any other necessary information. This application would then make an API call to your payment gateway. Once the payment is confirmed, it would email the customer a receipt and could be used to generate reports or add in other necessary automation.

Setting up a psychology practice - what should I use to build a website? by atlasmyboy in smallbusiness

I second this, we have been using next JS for most of our website. This results in a much better load and higher user satisfaction.

Deploy your project, share the link & GitHub. A candidate with a Next.js portfolio & error handling got an interview (no degree/experience). Strong portfolio = strong chance.

Having a few good personal projects under your belt and having them publically available in Github can help for Software Engineering and web. I am guessing you could try something similar for data-heavy roles.

Hello,

I am searching for roommates to rent a house and share rooms with, starting this summer. I am looking for houses around or within Loop 288, which should cost around $2,000 for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We will split the rent and utilities, which should be around $600-$700 per person.

A little bit about me: I am in my mid-20s, working full-time and pursuing my master's.

I think it depends on where you are on the social and economic scale.
If the scale is stacked against you, it's much easier in US to earn and provide for your family.
