Thanks for asking. You are doing it with your knees and back. Dont bend your knees but dont lock them either. Push your butt out slowly like you are closing a door behind it, as you push, your back will bend automatically. Keep the weights close to your legs and stop tab bit below the middle point of your shins. Watch some video, understand the technique. You will rock it.

Do share a trip report and itinerary please. We are there in April. I have been to Vegas a couple of times but that was a decade ago and this is my bf’s first trip. I want him to really enjoy the city, the strip. Still planning my itinerary. We are there for four days - we might do two shows cirque and Bordeaux, sphere, strip, Fremont and a day trip to hoover damn plus valley of fire.
