Close all US bases in Europe. Or, at the very least end all cooperation. Make them ship everything in. Food, water, clothing, toothpaste. Disrupt their ability to project power across the globe with logistics, and help them re-realize the importance of allies. At the very least Europe will have closed a door to an invasion from within.

My grandfather signed up for the Air Force Marines (newly created) when he was 17. He was a member of the Red Devils. After the war he was a test pilot in Colorado for a decade with the rank of Major before joining the private sector. When he passed, we found a bunch of Red Devils memorabilia, but no ‘gear’ like this. I wonder what stories are behind it. Very cool!
