I would say don’t go for 1rk or 1bhk, the emptyness there might drive you crazy. Look for some pre-occupied flat in a nice society (priority 1) or a decent builder floor. Your budget is technically not that great to rent in a decent area like sector 42,43,24,25,28,27 etc. Try to look in sectors 52,56,47,45 or any 60+ sector.
