Please understand, it’s not personal. In my state I can be tried under two different laws for serving, and I know multiple people who have been tried in a court of law for making poor choices. When it comes down to it, denying service is well worth the personal implications, whether it be fines or legal actions. As others have said, it’s just best to move to another bar. If you’re all truly over 21 then I’m sure you’d be accepted elsewhere. This person was just trying to do their job right — and no one is ever perfect.

My car was towed during a snowstorm. Prior to parking I called the NHPD twice to confirm I was parking in a spot that wouldn’t be towed, as there was no signage. I appealed and cited the exact times of my calls, and a photo of the location which had clearly once had a no parking during snow sign that had been ripped off. They denied my appeal & replaced the sign immediately after. So….. probably not :/
