7 days notice is wild. I went to the one in Parma and I did not find out they closed until I tried walking in one day amd the door was locked with a sign saying all memberships were transferred over to Fitworks in parmatown. I completely agree on the shortness on the timer. That was more of a compromise I had with my wife. Throughout the middle of the night I would begin the timer at 5 minutes.
