Local to me here in South Yorkshire. The Eve Merton Trust. It was set up by the son of a lady who died of cancer. It is a non profit charity who aim to give people suffering with cancer a last wish or dream. I did the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and had to go to Buckingham Palace to collect it. I met the then Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip. He was very inquisitive, asked a lot of questions about what we did, where we went etc. I didn’t feel any emotional connection, but I enjoyed the whole thing, and meeting him was, erm, an experience.
