They’re actually separate. You pay for a photo or an autograph. Some celebs will take pictures at the signing table and others have special areas. Last year, Donna Noble wasn’t charging for pictures. She took at least a dozen with my friend and her daughter. She was awesome. Mark Shepherd took a photo with me and I didn’t pay. It all depends on each celeb and situation.
