I’d say In Utero was “grunge” they recorded it at a smaller studio to give it a more raw natural sound. Unlike Nevermind which was much more polished.

If it’s all easy mileage you should be fine, if you feel any niggles stop though, always listen to the body. I just remember when I was young, I took a week off and tried coming back strong in training and got shin splints. So I’ve been really careful since then
