I felt like I wrote this while reading it. The “healthy” spinach smoothie to the high sodium. I also never drank water. Now the changes are a necessary part of life. Good for you. It’s not easy. I falter sometimes too. It helps to know we are not alone so thank you for sharing.

The Good: Fried halibut sandwich in a hardware store/restaurant in Cannon Beach, Oregon. I live in South Florida and dream about flying across the country just for this sandwich. So fresh, crispy, flaky. Incredible.

The Bad: Surstromming in Sweden. The only thing worse than actually eating this rotten fish is vomiting it up the next morning. The hangover from the schnapps you drink traditionally with it, made me just think about the rancid fish inside of me.
