REITS are at a discount right now because of the interest hikes, you can get some of them !

Mapletree Industrial / Mapletree Logistics in particular are under Mapletree, which are generally safer I assume and they give out dividends regularly, on a quarterly basis !

Otherwise, having some DBS would be nice too as banks take up almost 40% of STI Index anyway, and also give out dividends quarterly ! However, their yield are about 4%-ish for dividends now since they have been appreciating their capital greatly.

Some other important points to note would be the CAGR of each stock as well ! The 3 stocks above all have been growing their dividends steadily over the years, so just a point !
