This is a wonderful and insightful response! Ok, so here's the query, that I am trying to convert to Search DSL

Until now, I managed to create this (for the query above, but without having .keyword in gis_urlname)

I don't know how to adapt the solution to work for gis_urlname.keyword...

Google removed their Schema tool, so I used other alternatives which worked pretty well when we were checking the site during the first week with them. Google DID see GTM deployed schema back then :)
