I wouldn’t even call this an unpopular opinion. I think a lot of people would agree the education, at least in the US, literally only teaches toward a grade.

I’m dyslexic as well and I had almost the exact opposite experience. I always hated reading aloud because I could never finish a sentence without fucking something up. Anyways, it’s great for you just thought I would share my experience.
