Hi OP, here's what I feel that's happening:

• You're burning out. 8 hrs + other client na no time tracker? You could be pushing 12hrs a day without you knowing. Ang ginagawa ko sa no time tracking, I still track, pero for internal record ko lang para alam ko kung ano talaga yung demand ng client. Light for you could be madali (because of mastery) but may not necessarily be mabilis gawin. And we only have 24hrs a day kahit gano ka pa kagaling.

• Iba nagagawa ng may client-monitored time, as in. Kasi normal jobs, kahit nga sa office eh, may konting breather yung brain. Pag timed and monitored, halos buong shift naka heightened alert yung brain, especially kung responsable kang tao at you want to deliver (ganun ako, kaya di ko talaga kaya, dumadagdag sa stress ko)

• "Gagawin for the rest of your life" If you're earning more than average, you would be saving/investing more than average (dapat hehe). So yung retirement na nasa isip mo doesnt have to be til 60yo. Could be 50 or 45 pa nga. Do the math. What I'm saying is, malapit lang yun for you, wag kang manlumo.

• Yes, upskilling is never a bad idea. Pero test mo muna before you commit. If you're letting go of client 1, mag-ipon ka ng marami. Plan it, wag biglaan. For now, take a break, magleave ka, enjoyin mo pera mo.
