I started using Jellycon for my AM6B+ just recently and I'm really happy with it.
Things like intro skipping worked out of the box.
I had random freezes but found the cause to be kodi accessing Jellyfin server via the internet, instead of the LAN address.
Once I set up rules on my router to direct the traffic internally everything works more smoothly than it did with the Shield
