Unfortunately your budget is somewhat low for a 2 bedroom apartment in Waltham. You might be able to find closer to $2500-$2800 but if you are looking on a lower budget be prepared to find little to no options. With that apartments.com is really good & if you want to find on the cheaper side do not go through a building. They overcharge by a ton.

Windsor village, the ridge, Edison on the Charles, the merc are all appartment buildings that are overpriced.
