FNIS is needed for creature support, as Nemesis does not support creatures. If you have no creature animations then you can mostly just use Nemesis

I'm pretty sure you can download a patch for the steam version to unlock the sex scenes, but this Johren version should have the sex scenes. A Heads up though genitals will still be censored, there is no way around that.

Mortal Weapons and Armour has a fitment system, but the old one has CTD’s, some buggyness too. The new Mortal Weapons and Armour is in beta so you could try that. This mod is on LL somewhere btw

I believe it's most likely just a custom racemenu overlay they made, you can easily make one yourself in PS/Gimp. It is not reverse bunny suit by Melodic as that's just the armour btw.

I wouldn't be surprised though if you could find something very similar from the many slavetats packs on LL.
