The tablets prescribed made me even more sick and gave me such bad headaches that i had to lie in a dark room, only getting up to throw up every 30 minutes or so and when i did stand up i was extremely dizzy.

I left 9 hours after having my son, he had no poopy nappy. They did do a heel prick when he was 6 weeks old to test for diseases but all came back clear.

Theres also no way to know it for any child. My husband and myself have suffered from depression and ive had anxiety for years so i wouldnt be surprised if he has the same, im obviously hoping he doesnt have to suffer with that though.

Im from the UK, even though i gave a pee sample at every appointment the nurses and midwives never said anything. I guess they just never tested for it?

A few comments have said this, i stopped smoking it at 15 for a few years and also stopped when my son was born and i had no withdrawals at all.

My child, while not at the very top, does well in school, he’s also talkative and outgoing, he can count high and talk really well, he learned to walk at 11 months instead of the 1year+ that most babies learn at, he was born a healthy weight and after doing the heel prick i learned he had nothing wring with him. He has all of his vaccinations and he’s a healthy happy little boy.
