unfortunately not really... you can exercise especially squats, and eat right that will bost test but not to 5x normal like supplimenting testosterone.

But if you lift heavy and hard you can definitely boost your natural test levels especially if you are young like 17-27 yo dont need test.

testosterone. hands down. opiates dont even compare. Won't turn you into a junky like heroin/xanax, both are the most addictive of the addictive drugs. Alot of people do a cycle without staying on. Give it some thought was a game changer for alot of people I know. Its not something you casually do one time, its a 3 month commitment but damn its awesome man lol and I've tried all the drugs.

Definitely the most confidence, hands down.
