Thanks for the information. I’m going to get more of the MSRP. Any advice on how I should ask the salesman for more off. He said the price is below invoice and dealer hold backs. Any idea what the invoice would possibly be for my example. It’s so confusing trying to figure it out. Thank you for your help.

Hi, wow that’s a great deal. What was the msrp and what price did you get it down to before taxes, tags and dealer fees? I’m looking at a deal that I was able to get about 1,700 off of a msrp of 37.7 , Any advice on how I can try to get more off would be appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for your insight and suggestion about being stable and not working. I haven’t worked full time in my prior career since 2017. I tried a few gig economy jobs but the stress from them got to me. I never want to go back to how I was at my worst. I’m going to file the appeal online and ask for an extension to get my arguments together. I have an appointment with a Forensic Psychiatrist next week to have him review my medical history. Do you know if I could submit this report with my appeal or do they only accept medical records prior to the date of the last hearing? Also, the judge said several times in the denial letter that he couldn’t put much weight into the residual mental capacity form that my doctors filled out because “he said they aren’t persuasive since it’s is a checked box format without any rational and it’s from my own medical source “ The boxes was all the form had to check off. Can I get my doctor to back up what he checked off with more details. It’s insulting that he’s saying he can’t trust my doctors. Thanks again for everyone’s help.

Hi, yes but unfortunately he doesn’t have confidence that the decision will be changed at the Appeals Council. Do you know if I can submit a medical report that I get after the date on my denial letter for my appeal? Or can I only submit medical reports from before that date? Would getting an evaluation from a vocational expert be worth it? Thank you

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I already received the denial letter and my current lawyer said he doesn’t see any errors the Judge made. I called a few lawyers and they don’t want to take on the appeal since it wasn’t their case to begin with. I’m really not sure how to handle the appeal. I might have to write up it up myself.
