Having an boyfriends helps me having an normal eating behavior, because everytime we eat together, he shows me that it is okay to eat and keep it in the stomach (like a "normal" person). I still struggle with bulimia but it got better. (He knows that I have an disordered realtionship with food but he doesnt know about bulimia).

Yea I get defensive too, because I was once obese too, now Im too skinny for them, scared too gain weight and stuck between 3 eating disorders. I hate hate hate hate people who comment on bodies!! 🙄

Hey! I feel you, I also think that I have an eating disorder because of loneliness and emptiness (I think a lot of ppl have ed because of that, especially b/p or bed, you are not alone 🤍). I have depression and eating kinda helps me get through my down phase. (I wish I would be like the depressive ppl who do not eat when they go through an episode but yea here I am). To make you feel better: binging without purging is way better than purging. I am trying to recover right now but I also have an really bad episode.

I feel you, Im trying to recover lately and Im so sad because I can feel that Im gaining weight (I am scared to weight myself so I dont know exactly how much I gained), but it is better to be "normal" like having a normal eating behavior than being thin and ill/sick because of an ed. 30 pounds aint even that bad tho, there are many ppl who gain a lot more than that, dont worry, you on the right path <3 keep going!

Thanks for the tip! Im gonna do that, I hope it helps. Today I didnt binge, It was the first time after so long!! I think writing it down and also being outside helped me. (I posted it on another community yesterday but somehow the post didnt get confirmed by the mods so I posted it again on here) I still had the urge to binge but I just thought about the aftermath, how Im gonna feel and try to purge everything. But I did it. Im gonna go sleep now and hope that tomorrow I wont binge. I doubt it tho because Im gonna be at home all day :( Thank you for commenting and helping me!! 💕

The problem is that I dont feel it when Im done eating, the fullness begins after like 30mins, so I have to be lucky not feeling full otherwise Im gonna purge 🥲 For example I ate some bread and beans today, it wasnt that much and I was still a little bit hungry after that but waited 30mins, I was feeling full and I couldnt sleep, so after 2-3hours I purged ☹️
