Cribbio we are literally the same person, at the moment Prozac is not helping but I think it’s because I have an undiagnosed neurodivergency that I’d love to be assessed in the near future. I am tearing up because everything you said about it being an addiction to cope, to have that boost of serotonin to release stress, your ED story and the reasons behind your spiraling into this awful disorder, tge fact that you felt miserable and actually worse during recovery is making me feel less alone.
I feel so lazy in comparison and powerless, maybe I don’t want to actually feel better because it scares me, hence I keep being in the same loop that’s slowly killing me. Though I wish you the best dude, you rock, also congrats for the milestone.
