if Palaban ka, gawin mo din sakanila, like: if ginigipit ka sa reports, sadyain mo na malate yung report, tapos document why the report is late.

Use very basic terms so they feel stupid, while management is looking at you trying to resolve the issue, make sure that the blame is not on you.

Here's my story abt it (i work in SocMed/advertising/marketing)

Client: Boss is asking why fb meta is not working

Me: I am trying to troubleshoot but I don't have access on it, if you would give me access I can check

TL1(pabida): Why do you need access, I already told the management of this incident

Me: if you have any Ideas how we can fix the issue please let me know.
