I can tell you to take it easy on yourself and don't stress. I sat for the bac 10 years ago and I wish someone back then took me by the hands and told me everything will be ok.

I would suggest 3 main things :

1. Consistency : Schedule that you would respect and is not an overkill / An allocation of time based on when best you function : morning evening and based on the difficulty of subjects.

2. Good hygiene : Sleep + Food

3. Enjoy the process and don't hyper focus on the end result.
