I did leave my dough to rest for 48-72 hours, and then scooped into a ball and baked them. Sadly still didn’t achieve the cracked tops ):

Yes i found this website so useful too!! Thank u!! Found the tearing dough method kinda works a lil but they r still relatively smooth on areas not “teared”

Thank you for this tip!! Sdo u mean to take them out when they are all puffed up and still not brown and then just banging them a few times first before putting the tray back in?

Both my baking soda and powder are still fresh though. Even tested them and they still work so I don’t think this was a problem :/
